Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, you can place an order over the phone by calling 910-642-3505. However, it is much quicker to order on-line or by printing our off-line order form and faxing it to 910-642-9790. Do you have a toll-free number?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa and Certified Checks or Money Orders for mail order purchases. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
When you order from us, you must pay sales tax only if the goods are to be delivered in North Carolina. Federal law does not require us to charge tax for items shipped outside of NC, but you may be required by your state to remit sales tax.

Do you ship to destinations outside the U.S.?
At this time we are unable to ship merchandise outside of the United States.

What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with a product you have received, please return the product in its original packaging within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date. Please indicate your reason for returning the product by writing it on the back of your original invoice.
Your credit card account will be credited for the price of the product as soon as we receive the returned product. For defective products or those that were shipped in error, please explain defect or error on the invoice and return for a prompt replacement.

What happens if I receive damaged merchandise?
For defective products, please return the product and the original invoice for a prompt replacement. If the defect is not visible, please indicate your reason for returning the product by writing it on the back of your original invoice.
